My name is Randy and I'm located in South San Jose, CA. I received both my Technician and GMRS licenses in mid 2022 after sitting on the sidelines for years. I was a regular user of 11-meter CB radio starting back in the early 70's in Chicago and continued using CB radio's throughout my life - but I've always longed for a ham ticket….finally got one! I'm enjoying GMRS with a good selection of GMRS repeaters in my area.

Wouxun KG-935G HT, Wouxun KG-1000G Plus mobile, ABBREE 42.5in foldable GMRS HT antenna, and a Slim Jim GMRS base antenna made of copper tubing.
